A few things people often want to know before we begin. If your
question is not answered here, please reach out and I will be
happy to help.
Do you do single arrangements or bouquets?
Blossoms Breeze is a full table experience design service,
built around your event: a dinner party, milestone birthday,
anniversary, or bridal shower. I don't offer standalone
bouquets outside of an event. If you want the whole table to
feel intentional and beautiful, that's exactly what I do.
What is the difference between the two offerings? How do I
know which is right for me?
By Candlelight suits intimate dinner parties, usually one or
two tables and up to 20 guests, with the table itself as the
heart of the evening. In Full Bloom is for larger celebrations
where florals flow through the whole space: welcome table,
cake table, multiple dining tables, bar or serving area. Not
sure which fits? Tell me about your event in the inquiry form
and I will guide you.
I have a budget but am not sure if it is enough. Should I
still reach out?
Yes, always. The ranges in the services guide are a starting
point, not fixed numbers. What matters most is your vision and
the shape of your event. Once I understand that, I can tell
you honestly what is possible within your budget, and if we
are not the right fit, I will say so kindly and early.
Do you handle delivery and setup, or do I need to arrange
that?
Delivery and setup are always included. I do not just drop off
flowers and leave. For By Candlelight, delivery and setup
starts at $35 depending on party size and distance from Aldie.
For In Full Bloom, full-service delivery, setup, and
post-event pickup are all included. Part of the experience is
walking into your own event as a guest.
How far in advance do I need to book?
I take a limited number of clients each season, so earlier is
better. In Full Bloom works best booked 6 to 10 weeks out, By
Candlelight 2 to 4 weeks, giving time to source the right
blooms. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. I will let
you know honestly what is possible.
Can I choose specific flowers, or do you decide?
Both, and we will figure it out together. Some clients arrive
with a clear vision: specific flowers, a palette, a mood
board. Others simply want something beautiful and seasonal and
trust my eye. I source locally and seasonally, so what is
available shifts through the year. Preferences are welcome, or
I am happy to surprise you.
Do you use floral foam?
Never. It is harmful to the environment and has no place in my
work. Instead I use sustainable mechanics: chicken wire,
kenzans, hairpin frogs, and botanical tape, gentler to the
earth and more natural-looking.
What happens to the flowers after the event?
For By Candlelight, vases are collected within five to seven
days so you get to enjoy the flowers a little longer. For In
Full Bloom, I return after your celebration for pickup and
cleanup. Gently used florals are donated to local senior
centers whenever possible.
Do you provide linens, candles, and tableware?
Yes to linens, napkins, and taper candles, available as
optional add-ons for both offerings. For tableware like
plates, glassware, and silverware, I work with trusted rental
partners so you are not managing multiple vendors.
What does working with you look like from start to finish?
It starts with the inquiry form. I will send the services
guide, then follow up personally within 2 business days to
learn about your event and vision. Once we have aligned on
direction, I will send a custom proposal and quote. After you
confirm, I handle everything: sourcing, designing, setup, and
pickup. You will not manage a single detail on the day.
