Do you do single arrangements or bouquets?

Blossoms Breeze is a full table experience design service, built around your event: a dinner party, milestone birthday, anniversary, or bridal shower. I don't offer standalone bouquets outside of an event.

What's the difference between the two offerings?

The First Bloom suits intimate dinner parties, up to 20 guests, with the table itself as the heart of the evening. In Full Bloom is for larger celebrations where florals carry through the whole space: welcome table, cake table, multiple dining tables, bar. Not sure which fits? I have a budget but I'm not sure it's enough. Should I still reach out?

Yes, always. The ranges in the pricing guide are a starting point, not a ceiling. Once I understand your vision, I can tell you honestly what's possible, and if we aren't the right fit, I'll say so kindly and early.

Do you require a deposit?

A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due before your event.

Do you handle delivery and setup, or do I need to arrange that?

Always included. For the First Bloom, delivery and setup start at $35, depending on party size and distance from Aldie. For In Full Bloom, delivery, setup, and pickup are all included. Part of the experience is walking into your own event as a guest.

How far in advance do I need to book?

I take a limited number of clients each season, so earlier is better. I like one to two weeks' notice for intimate gatherings, and three to four weeks for larger celebrations, so I have time to source and design thoughtfully. If your date is sooner, reach out anyway. I'll let you know honestly what's possible.

Can I choose specific flowers, or do you decide?

Both, and we'll figure it out together. Some clients arrive with a clear vision. Others trust my eye. I source seasonally and locally when possible, so what's available shifts through the year.

Do you use floral foam?

Never. It's bad for the earth and has no place in my work. I use sustainable mechanics instead, chicken wire, kenzans, and hairpin frogs, gentler on the earth and more natural-looking.

What happens to the flowers after the event?

For the First Bloom, vases are collected within seven days so you get to enjoy the flowers a little longer, though you're welcome to keep them instead. For In Full Bloom, I return after your celebration for pickup, and gently used florals are donated to local senior centers when possible.

Do you provide linens, candles, and tableware?

Linens, napkins, and taper candles are available as an upgrade on either offering, the full table experience. For tableware like plates, glassware, and silverware, I work with trusted rental partners so you aren't managing multiple vendors.

What does working with you look like, start to finish?

It starts with the inquiry form. I'll follow up personally within two business days to learn about your event and vision. Once we've aligned on direction, I'll send a proposal and quote. After you confirm, I handle sourcing, designing, setup, and pickup. You won't manage a single detail on the day.
