This isn't a price list. It's a starting point for a conversation about your event, the guests you want to welcome, and the feeling you want to create.
Every gathering starts with beautiful, seasonal flowers. From there, it's up to you: keep it to the table, or let it become the full experience, with linens and candles woven in alongside the florals, composed as one. Both offerings below work the same way. Start with the florals, then add the full table experience if and when it feels right.
The First Bloom
For dinner parties, birthdays, and small celebrations of 6 to 20 guests.
For the dinner party where conversation flows until the candles burn low, the birthday that calls for something more than balloons, or the small gathering that still deserves to feel considered. This is where most Blossoms Breeze clients begin, and where flowers alone are more than enough of a reason to reach out.
Low, open centerpiece arrangements designed to spark conversation without blocking the view, beautiful from every seat. One larger statement arrangement anchors your buffet, bar, or dessert display.
Add taper candles, table linens, and napkins to the mix, and your florals become part of something bigger: a fully set table where the candlelight, linen, and blooms all work together.
Most First Bloom events land between $400 and $1,200, depending on guest count, table size, and how much of the full experience you'd like.
Delivery and setup start at $35 within a 10-mile radius of Aldie, and may vary by party size and location. Vases are collected within seven days so the flowers get to stay a little longer, though you're welcome to keep them instead.
In Full Bloom
For milestones and elevated celebrations, up to 80 guests.
For milestones that deserve their own kind of magic: an anniversary dinner, a bridal shower, a birthday that matters. This offering carries florals through your entire space, from the moment guests arrive to the last toast.
Signature statement moments for the focal points that matter most: an entryway, a cake table, a welcome arrangement. A layered mix of centerpieces and bud vase groupings carries the beauty across your guest tables, with coordinating accents for your buffet and bar.
Add taper candles, table linens, and napkins throughout, along with place settings through our rental partners, and the space becomes one composed experience from the entrance to the last toast, not just flowers in a beautiful room. This tier can also include cascading florals or a table meadow for a more editorial, garden-grown look.
Most In Full Bloom events land between $2,000 and $6,000, depending on guest count, venue, and how fully the space is styled.
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included. I arrive before your first guest and return after your event to handle cleanup. Gently used florals are donated afterward to local senior centers and community organizations, so the flowers continue bringing joy.
Blossoms Breeze takes a limited number of clients each season, so every event gets the care and attention it deserves.
